We offer flexible Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a choice of a double, twin or single room with separate facilities and in one double room with a king-size bed and en-suite shower. Most rooms have a wash hand basin and excellent views across Gruinart Flats. A residents' lounge and dining area is provided where guests can enjoy a self-service continental breakfast of cereals, home-made bread, toast, fruits, yoghurts, oatcakes, preserves and fresh orange juice.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in this room and are available to guests throughout the day. This room also has a TV and a range of books, maps and games.

Tourist information detailing Islay's visitor attractions is available, and your hosts will be pleased to offer advice on how to make the most of your stay.

Where possible, all food and beverages are from local, organic or fair-trade sources.

Some of the furniture and most of the soft furnishings are also from Fair Trade sources. Ample parking is available.

Rooms will normally be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out should be by 10am on the day of departure.
