At Ballygrant Inn & Restaurant we have a fully licensed bar, known locally as Robolls Bar, after the name of the original building. The bar is well stocked, serving draught and bottled beers, spirits, soft drinks, a selection of ales including Islay Ales, a wide range of malt whiskies including all of Islay’s finest. There is also a pool table and darts and a log-burning stove to warm the bar in the cooler months.

The bar is licensed from 11.00am to 11.00pm and has a regular late licence from 11.00pm to 1.00am. During the day, snacks and lunches are served in the bar and in the evening, bar meals from 5.00pm till late.

The bar, which is the largest on the Island, is attractively decorated and is an ideal place to relax and meet locals and fellow guests. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, the perfect place to wind down and end a night, perhaps sampling an Islay Malt or two.
